Friday night’s Southern Nationals Bonus Series race has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 21. With heavy rain in the forecast for Friday, the decision was made to postpone the event and try on Saturday night. If the weather continues to be a problem on Saturday, the new rain date is Thursday, June 2. The program lineup and gate times are the same for Saturday as they were for Friday.
The super late models will be racing in the Southern Nationals Bonus Series race paying $5,000 to win. There is also a $100 bonus for the fast qualifier courtesy Tennessee Punch Bunch.
Co-headling the program is a $2,000 to win crate late model race. Hey Jack Construction has put up a $100 bonus for fast qualifier. There is a $40 entry fee.
Also racing on May 20 will be sportsman, open wheels, and super stocks.
Gates open at 4:00 (CDT). The driver’s meeting will be at 6:45 (CDT) followed by hot laps, qualifying, and racing action.
General admission is $20 for adults, kids 14 and under are free. Tier parking is $25 for adults, kids 14 and under are free. Pit admission is $35 for adults.
